Aracelia Bernier, MD
Dr Bernier completed medical school at the University of Puerto Rico in 1992. She completed her residency training in Family Practice through a United States Air Force scholarship. She served in the Air Force for 4 years after graduating. She has been in private practice in Panama City since 2000. Dr Bernier is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Carlos H. Fernandez, PA-C
Carlos graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1995. He accomplished most of his clinical training while serving our country in the United States Air Force. He has been practicing family medicine for over 13 years in Panama City and has special training in Dermatology. He is Certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
